Wayne Bush has been representing plaintiffs in personal injury, workers' compensation cases and clients in family law matters since he began his career. Wayne began representing injured clients in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. After the devastating effects that Hurricanes Katrina and Rita had on the state and his family, Wayne moved home to Vernon Parish, Louisiana where he has continued to represent clients who are injured or going through a family law dispute.

Wayne Bush is the managing partner of his firm, and he focuses his practice of law achieving justice for workers, families, consumers, patients and small-business owners. With a diverse practice, Wayne has handled cases in federal and state courts. These cases have included issues ranging from complex personal injury litigation to death penalty defense. He considers it the highest compliment to his practice that a substantial portion of the cases he handles originates from other attorneys.

Wayne takes a compassionate, common-sense approach to the practice of law. He strives to provide legal representation in a manner that is understandable for his clients as many individuals find themselves in the legal system for the first time. Wayne strives to give his clients the individual attention commensurate with the type of litigation, and has achieved Pre-eminent status with Martindale-Hubbell based on client reviews.

Wayne is dedicated to the communities he serves. He has provided indigent defense services as well as accepted nonpaying civil clients through the CENLA Pro Bono Project. Wayne is fortunate to be able to continue accepting pro bono matters, and will strive to do so in the future.

Recently Wayne has been sworn in as an Assistant District Attorney in Beauregard Parish, where he is excited to continue his compassionate approach to the law while serving the residents of Beauregard Parish.

Wayne is a Vernon Parish native and received his law degree from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center. He is admitted to practice within the state of Louisiana as well as the District of Columbia. He is also admitted to practice in the Middle, Western and Eastern U.S. District Courts of Louisiana, The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.
